After taking some time away due to moving away from uni I'm back on the couch to 5k plan. Thanks to those who prompted me to go back to week 3 rather than struggle on with week 4 like I had been. The run felt relatively easy and so has given me more confidence. Still buzzing now, you've got to love that post-run feeling!
