So my plan is to do this race. I've paid the money. I've got the kit - but i've failed at training. I'm hoping the training I put in for the Race for Life earlier this month will help, plus the last minute miles I can fit in before Wednesday night.
Now the question is:
* Is anyone else doing this on 20th June?
* If so, have you received information about it?? I havent got a pack or anything...
* What's your strategy for a 5K to get a better time?
