Hey so i did my first today and i feel nearly half dead! I downloaded a free running app for my phone and this is what i got; dl.dropbox.com/u/41827420/o...

Question is are you ment to do week one every other day three times or is week 1 a one time deal?

Hi Danny,

Yes, ned to do it three times, a days rest in between each run, then move on to week 2. I remeber the half dead feeling!, Thighs felt like they'd been shot the next day but it really does work, keep at it. Just come home from my 3rd 5k of the week and 9 weeks ago I really couldn't run at all. Good luck mate.

Hey thanks, Yeh im going to keep up with it. Just went on amazon and got one of them holders for my phone because it was really annoying in my pocket!

Going to book myself in for an asthma test on Monday too in the doc's because i did used to suffer from it and want to check that im ok to do it without an inhaler or if to carry one with me. (Dont have any at the moment).

Doing this mainly for mood and anxiety its been recommended to do exercise but i don't enjoy any sport's and this is something that i can do with my headphones on and just run.

The side affect's of being in better shape are also welcome though ;)
