Yesterday morning I ran my last run of the C25K......was SO excited about graduating (but worried as whenever I really look forward to a run its not my best and viceversa!) but it was glorious and my little legs kept running in 'Forest gump' style (but not as fast!) for 45 minutes, zipppeeedeeedoodah!

I have thrived on this challenged as have never thought I could run, but according to the 'running goddess named Laura' I am now a runner and very proud! I have learnt lots during this process - you are training 3 things - your mind (that naughty little lazy demon telling you to stop!), your lungs and your legs.

The running bug is definately contagious - i love it! I am so excited to set myself challenges - I have signed up for the 5K Race for Life in a couple weeks, then 10K and hopefully a half marathon next spring...bring it on!

I have taken great inspiration from hearing all your stories - you are all amazing. Thank you for helping me get this far. For you new recruits out there - you CAN do it and it will feel amazing - keep strong!

Am going to treat myself to a garmin 110 - is that naughty!?!?!?!?!?!?

Fantastic achievement. Once your smitten by the bug everything seems possible. This is one bug definitely worth catching. Well done to you.

Yaay!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations to you! You are right, there is so much to learn in this process isn't there. Good for you that you have set yourself challenges too - good for the motivation! Good luck with the training and keep posting! :)
