Really pleased with myself, so worried that I would lose all motivation now I got my badge, and I was whingeing to myself about the rain and the wind and the fact that I needed to drive to the park and get changed and I was hungry, but still - I appeared in the park, changed and ready to go and ran for an hour and 10 minutes, very slowly. Extra good because I usually go in the morning and today I've been at work so tired already. I overtook my first person - yes she was walking but she was really quick and for a second I thought she would win, but I prevailed and was very smug. Feel achy but really good and just buzzing. Wow - what a difference a 9 week running course makes! Keep up the good work everyone, love reading about how everyone is doing. :)

You SHOULD feel pleased with yourself! I'm not sure I have the motivation to run in the rain and wind...good going, cattery!

(lol on the overtake)
