I did W5R2 yesterday morning and had planned to do my 20 mins non-stop run tomorrow morning before work but my legs are still stiff, better than yesterday though as they were like lead! Should I give myself another rest day to give them chance to recover and run on Saturday or just grin and bear it and go tomorrow? I've ran every other day since I started C25K and have been fine until the 2 x 8 minute runs yesterday.
Trying hard not to loose my motivation but its no fun trying to run with aching legs
Advice please!

Wake up and see how they feel tomorrow~they might well have recovered quite a bit more after a nights sleep. I think you will know whether you'll need one more days rest, and it's best to go out feeling confident, rather than doubting your capability before you've started.
I might be a bit late with my reply. See how you feel and if you think you need an extra day, don't beat yourself up and think you've failed. YOU HAVEN'T!! Maybe it's the thought of doing the 20min nonstop that's also making them ache a bit more. I've found that it's just as much a mental exercise as physical. I forgot about the 20min session and as soon as Laura told me, my mouth went dry and my legs told me they were jelly slugs! I got on with it, and yes it was hard, but I did it and felt pleased that I had pushed on.
Take care and listen to your body, but also listen to yourself and your determination. Whatever you do will be the right thing and we are all there cheering you on good luck!!
