Week 7!! (foot pain GONE! - HURRAH!)

Week 7 Run 1 completed tonight, have been stretching my foot out during the warm up, and been doing a bit of mobility work in the warm up to loosen up and that seems to be working a treat.

On track to complete the programme before my holiday on the 28th - so far so good but the long runs are boooooring!
