Yesssssssssssss, i've done it. A slow and steady plod but have done all the weeks and built up to 30 mins, sometimes even 37mins but still not reached the 5k goal. (managing about 4k on a good run)
However I dont care about times (for now), I just want to make it round my 5k race for life next Wednesday. So two more runs to go before the big day....I will blog after the 5k and hopefully truly earn my graduate badge then!

Congratulations! You must be feeling on top of the world! Your times are very good too. Good luck with the RFL. Let us know how it goes. You are a RUNNER!
Hey, graduation is completing the runs - lots of us graduate running 30 minutes but nowhere near 5K in that time. I'm not giving my badge back! I earned it!
(I can now do 5k regularly but it takes me an hour)
.... To all the graduated...
I have only completed the week 6, but as a matter of curiosity how do you become a graduate and get the badge. ... Or it is only a virtual badge ?
Well done and good luck with the R4L. I'm in week 8 and am unlikely to get to 5K within the 30 mins so fingers crossed that I graduate and we can motivate each other to building up our pace a bit.
