This is the eighth year that I have taken part in the race for life. Usually I'm one of the ladies right at the back walking the 5K route....... But not this year.... After losing 3 stone and completeing the C25K plan I ran the full 5K in 34 mins and 20 secs..... Not a personal record but the feeling of having actually RAN this event rather than just walking it was amazing!!! Thanks Laura!!!
