Did it! W5 R3....

I was terrified to say the least-to the point of tears as I left the house. had been dreading it and it was all in my head, because I did manage it without stopping. My husband didnt get my emotional stress to doing this, but it was a big deal for me. I had avoided it yesterday with the excuse that I might drown in the rain,or my jogging bottoms fall off with the weight of the water. No excuse this afternoon, and my knees survived. Thank goodness its over and I had a sneaky listen to W6 R1 and that doesnt seem as daunting-I never would have thought I would say that. I hope Laura has lots more advice for the mental challenges ahead..

For motivation I think back to W1 R1 and remind myself how far I`ve come.

I'm starting W5 this evening, and I actually went back and did W1 yesterday just to show the OH how much he's improved since then, i.e. we did it quicker and he didn't think he was actually going to die this time!
