My daughter and I are about to start Wk9. We've had our ups and downs and repeated some weeks. Between us we have used a great deal of the advice and motivation supplied by the other bloggers. We went out in wind and rain this evening and felt so good when we ciompleted our run. Thank you Laura, thank you NHS Choices and thank you fellow runners
