W8R3 - Graduation in Sight and I have the Bug!

Just ran week 8 run 3 on the treadmill this evening and it was my favourite run of the programme - no toxic 10, or 12, just a lovely calm 28 with my audiobook.

It was so lovely that I carried through the cool down to 35 minutes of running and another 5k in the bag.

It was the first time running where I haven't wanted to stop, or quit and really felt that I could have carried on for longer than the 35! Maybe I'll look at B210k after this programme...

Graduation is FULLY in sight now: 3x 30 minute runs left and I will be on the podium!

When did you all realise you well and truly had "the bug"?

A great run like that is such a pleasure I was hooked from week 1, think it was the sense of achievement in running for a whole 60 seconds!!

Sounds like a good run! Which audiobook are you listening to? I think I might try one :)

Thanks! was my fave run of the programme so far to be honest. At the moment I'm listening to "The Girl Before" by JP Delaney which is really good - like a thriller.

Was about half way through and I realised that I missed running on the rest days. It’s definitely addictive, see you on the podium and then onwards and upwards!
