Well I for one never thought this was possible. 53 yr old & 16 st I decided lockdown was the time to sort myself out. Not done any running since 1985 with a dodgy knee I didn’t believe it was possible. 9 weeks later and thanks to a fantastic NHS plan I’ve done it. If I can do it anyone can. Just do it ✔️.
