i completed my last run on week 9, it feels so good. Cannot believe how far I've come over the last few months. Thanks guys for all your support over these sometimes difficult weeks. I can run 30 minutes whoop whoop

Congratulations! It's such an amazing feeling isn't it?! I am waiting on my Graduate badge now as I completed the final run on Saturday. I've just come back today from probably my best run ever in the drizzle and wind - and ran for 35 minutes, going to push myself an extra 2 minutes per run if I can.

Keep it going, I've a feeling this is just the beginning now!!

Me too!! I finished Wednesday. I think I'll carry on with 30 mins for another week before going further. I have found a 10k app for free on iTunes and will give that a go!
