Completed last night, went to fast at runs 3 and 4, which affected the later runs.
Feeling a couple of twinges today, but will have a good rest day before week 2 - run 2 tomorrow!

Well done, keep going. It's hard at first to find a good pace. Although I think I've made my pace too easy haha
