W5R3 done!

When Laura said 20 minutes of running I thought I had made a mistake with the weeks. But actually it was OK - again more mental than physical. Before starting this plan I could possibly just about have run for 20 mins non stop, but would not have wanted to. NOW I really want to and am looking forward to starting week 6. My tip - go slow - you can always speed up a bit towards the end if you want to.

  • When I started I couldn't run for 2 minutes without stopping all puffed out, this is a great plan isn't it. Now I've done 25 mins and today jogged with my daughter who had to cope with my very slow pace. Never the less I never thought I would be going for a jog with one of my girls. It was great.
