After postponing Week Five run 2 for a few days, I couldn't wait any longer and went out in the rain. It was fine and I actually got into a rhythm for the first time. Laura said it was more a mental thing now and I think she is right. I am apprehensive about the next run as always, but I am sure it will be ok. I feel great.

I start Week 5 next week, and you've just made me feel much more positive about it, so thanks! Well done for doing it, and I'm glad you feel great - you should! That's a lot of running! Good luck for the big W5 R3!!
