Decided this morning to stop moaning and fannying around, and just get on with it!
Mapped out 9k on mapmyrun and just thought...go as slow as you like and just enjoy it. And I did it! 9k!
Another milestone I passed was running for an hour.
Am really really pleased with myself, and do you know, I think I've got my mojo back!
Just needed to remember why I started running in the first place.........

Woo well done, it feels great when you manage to run that little bit extra! I'm at the same stage as you, managed just over 9k yesterday evening. Sounds like you're going at a good pace too 
Good on you, Gypsy....glad to hear you're back running the streets (lol)...Sometimes it goes like that...we lose our momentum and it just takes some encouragement to get going again. That's why this forum is such a good idea, even long after you've "graduated" ...
