....only 15 mins. But I made up for it today with 8.2Km in 52mins (longest run ever; an hour is within sight). Someone I met yesterday who had been following my occasional updates on Facebook said "Ah, the athlete". I demurred of course but thought afterwards that I'm a damn sight more athletic now than when I started this in January. My body shape has changed, apart from anything else. I've lost some (not all, but some) of middle-aged man paunch and become generally leaner. Who says men aren't vain?
Easy day yesterday.....: ....only 15 mins. But... - Couch to 5K
Easy day yesterday.....

Good job, Ned....yes you ARE an athlete....sometimes 99% of the "workout" is getting out the door. I'm plugging away hoping for the day when I start seeing some of my OWN "paunch" disappearing. I know the longer run times are where it's at...

A good run Ned. It makes me chuckle when people refer to me as someone who is an athlete or fit in general... not that long since I was a couch potato... i much prefer it this way.
Now about that hour... go for it!
