Just wanted to say thanks everyone for all the encouragement! I will get faster eventually... and if you're wondering where the "why are people so mean" post has gone, I am afraid I deleted it as have decided not to dwell any longer on the negativity - but wanted to say thank you for all your lovely (kind) and encouraging comments! This community is a lovely place to be!

Take care folks - until the next one

Good for you. Good for the souls to vent anger/ frustration but you can put that behind you now and carry on running. Good Luck
