I just wanted to say thanks to everyone on here for their support and advice through my couch to 5k experience, starting running has been one of the best things I have ever done, and I don't think I could have done it without you!
To anyone starting this program, stick with it, trust Laura and you will see results and become fitter, happier, lighter, and more energetic just to start off with. This experience has spurred me to start training for a triathlon, which I am blogging about here (runninglaurab.blogspot.co.uk/) so for anyone that's graduated this, and fancies a challenge, why not join in too?! It's only a sprint triathlon, so don't be scared!

Heavens Laura that blister looked damn sore, nice new running shoes though. Now tell me what your triathlon consists of please. I assume its cycling, swimming & running but what distances are they? I wish you and your dad, sister & chris all the best with it. Are you raising funds for a charity at the same time, you really have to tell us all about this, I'm most impressed.
It's a 750m swim, 20k cycle ride, and a 5k run, I think I will end up doing it for charity! For me, I will probably run it for a cystic fibrosis one thanks so much!! It's not that impressive just yet, but I am sure I will be impressed with myself when I have done it
