Hi there, firstly well done for getting back out there, it can't be easy when you're just not feeling the running love. And secondly it's doesn't matter at all if it takes you a few runs to get back into the swing of things. The only thing that matters, is that you are out there doing it!

Happy running xx

Glad you got back out and hope you can keep working on it. On a day like today it's a real pleasure to be a runner.

well done.. both in admitting your slip.. and in getting back on track.. I dare say there is no-one who progresses through c25K who hasn't, at some time, faced setbacks.. as the late Nelson Mandela said.. "The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall."
