busy chatting with a colleague today and would you believe it discovered she and a friend of hers are in week 2!! 
Very exciting lol although I think she thinks I'm nuts - but in a good way lol
I've told her about the community here and hope she drops in

I found some at my running club. 1 girl started c25k the same time as me but she now runs like a damn whippet!! I can't keep up 
she can't pace herself she said so she burns out quicker than me
