Some time between 20:15 and 22:30 on the evening of Sunday May 3rd 2020 the 100,000th person became a member of this forum........quite a milestone.
When I first came here, in 2013 the number stood at less than 7,000........so a huge leap in people using this forum to help with getting through what we all know is a life changing training plan.
So to the 100,000th member I say, as we do to everyone, welcome to the forum and enjoy your journey.

Oh you too? W8R3 for me today. Not had a break in running but was wobbling and I, just wanted to get a few things straight in my head and mark a new era of running now that Google is no longer willing or able to come with me. Was not expecting quite this new an era of course!
Thats a real milestone, Imagine if everyone that was able to followed the program, what a benefit to society in general that would be. I've managed to convince two people out of everyone who has commented on the changes in me to give it a go. I wish I could do more.
Even if we all just get one person to join Rigpig, that doubles the numbers. My one person is now on the final week of the magic plan so if already included. Up to her to Inspire another now.
Wow IannodaTruffe thatβs amazing! So many lives have changed?! I love being part of this forum...and now Iβm part of the Admin! Iβve taken so many positive things from my friends on here so I like the fact that I can give a bit back...and so proud that I work along side you and the rest of admin x
Wonderful news IT on C25K now having 100,000th members, congratulations to you and all the other administrators,
I first came across C25K as far back as September 2017, at first I thought it was to do with running 25 kilometers then I watched the Great Scottish Run on TV, during that program there was a promotion for C25K, then I knew what it was, that is an amazing achievement.
Couldn't have done it without you administrators πππ I've now managed to encourage my 19 yr old and my 58 yr old post heart attack husband to join and I will continue to wax lyrical to all about this fantastic movement. Big thanksππππ€―
Congratulations C25K we are all thankful for this programme and proud to encourage others to change their lives , no matter how long it takes , it will be a positive change to ones life πΎ
Wonderful news! This forum is the best! I still canβt believe Iβm able to run for 30 mins (newly graduated!) and that Iβm actually enjoying my runs now. Thank you everyone for your continued support and words of advice π
Once again congratulations on 100,000 members to the C25K forum, I notice that the Bridge210K forum has 'only' about 10,500 members, it will be a few years yet before that forum has 100.000 members, but that day will surely come.
This forum has kept me going, first time c25k, injury, second c25k and now 2 x 2.8 k and 5k a week now. Not bad for a 73 year old. A big Thank you to the admin and members of this forum. I can honestly say it has changed my life.
That's amazing. Gold stars for everyone!! The advice and encouragement on this community is so vital for us all. Huge thanks to all especially, administrators, moderators etc it wouldn't be here without you πβπΎβ₯οΈ
That's a brilliant number, and even if only half of them graduate that's a lot of people who have greatly improved their health. I still go running three times a week and really enjoy it, especially on a lovely sunny day like today. Some days I run less than 5K, on other days I run more (11K this morning π). Before I took on the C25K challenge I couldn't have run as far as the end of the street, now running is an enjoyable hobby. Congratulations to all who have already graduated, and good luck to those who are still work-in-progress. π
How fantastic is that? 100,000 off the couch and hopefully sticking with it to change their lives. For some it will not only be life changing but it will be life saving. I'm so happy I found this brilliant, supportive community to motivate and encourage me along the way.
Welcome to person 100,000 and all who follow - you have just made one of the most positive decisions ever!
C25K is an amazing acorn of an idea that builds into a fantastic oak tree and you find this forum and you're hooked in no small part to all of the admin team who are so informative and fantastically supportive and all the wonderfully encouraging C25K'ers. I'm a previous πββοΈ non believer but now I cannot imagine my life (and my stable mental wellbeing) without running (tbh joffling is more my bag π). Well done and thank you πππ.
