Due to Start Week 5

I am due to start week 5. I am dreading it, whilst I am amazed that I can run for even 5 minutes running 8 or even 20 this week feels impossible. My run is incredibly slow (I am convinced I could walk faster!), I am ready to die by the time it reaches 5 minutes and I still need the recovery walk.

Someone tell me it is possible?

It is possible! I did w5r3 this morning. I can promise you I can walk faster than I run. Just start off going really slow, and then go slower. It is all about your mind this week, your body is very capable of this by now. This morning I was nervous, but when I woke up I said to myself wow I've done it, completed week 5 now all I need to do is go out and run for 20mins. When I got out there I wanted to feel it for real. I got 2.8km including warm up and warm down walk. But I did run for 20mins.

You CAN do it.

You can do, just start slower than normal, then if need be run slower, dont forget Laura will be with you as well,

Dont worry about the 20 min before you start, just focus on putting one foot in front of the other, its a great feeling when you finish.

Good luck
