Just completed my first non stop 25 minute run. Feeling good but have a niggling downer on my pace and distance covered. Oh well I must remember that I have just run for 25 minutes non stop - something I wouldn't have been capable of at all 6 weeks ago (barely able to run for 1 minute then).

Since discovering the podcast I am fitter, feel great, have lost 7lbs, sleep better and have more energy for my kids.
Anyone just starting out stick with it, it really does work. Here's to getting to the end of week 9
