W3 R1 done and feeling GREAT!!! I even did it twice again, probably get told off by someone but I felt like I could do it and ........ I DID!!!

I very clearly remember running 3 minutes for the first time non stop and the great sense of achievement it brought... well done on a wonderful achievement kirsty... now onto 5 minutes!
