OK, so did W1R1 yesterday morning and felt fab afterwards with no aches etc. Well, woke up this morning and there's a definite 'tightening' in the bum and upper leg area!! Kind of feels good though...

Rest day today then back to it tomorrow. Still feeling positive - long may it last!

Well done! If it's any consolation I'm on week four and I don't get any aches and pains once the initial tired-out feeling wears off so it should get better :) x
