I started on February 1st and finished W9R3 yesterday.
I've had to take an extra day rest here and there and also redo a couple of runs, but I made it in the end! for the first 2 30 minute runs i'd fallen short on distance, but I kept on for R3 and completed 5k's in 31.06 minutes.
I defo need to just keep at this distance for while though and let my body catch up and get accustomed before I push on - i'm hoping to break the 30 minute barrier in the future and also work on hills which are killing me!
This year with diet and my running I've lost nearly 3 stone in weight (couple of pounds to go)
If I can do it so can you! Its not easy but dig deep and keep going!

Well done! Iβve also lost just under 3 stone this year. Iβve just finished week 6 run 3 (25 minutes) and did 2.9km so doing 5k in 30 minutes seems a million miles away but your post gives me encouragement! Although I still have 5 stone to lose and very short legs so Iβm not sure!
Wow what an achievement! 30mins, 5k, AND massive weight loss? Congratulations - that's 3 medals for Fast Ass!!! πͺπͺπββοΈπββοΈπ€ΈββοΈπ€ΈββοΈ
