Running in Kenya

I've just finished week 3 - only problem is that it is rainy season here and every now and then I get caught in an enormous downpour! However I'm running around very beautiful grounds with all sorts of plants and flowers. This is a retreat centre where I am running a seminar. When I get back to my flat the other side of town, will find it harder finding flat ground.
