Yay! I have now done Week1 Run 2 - almost had to force myself this morning as the little devil on my shoulder was saying noooo stay in bed.....so I ignored it....that surprised me actually cos I was really looking forward to this run yesterday and thats made it seem more of a chore?!
But I got up, put my new trainers and sports bra on and went and did it!
Dont feel quite as elated as the first time though.....? BUt my god! What a difference these trainers and bra make!
But I can definitely jog 60 seconds so am looking forward to week 2!
I have also realised that my first run and my penultimate run are uphill!! So Im smiling now........
