Can I run two days in a row?

Yesterday I did my wk 5 run 3 and feel ok today, would it be ok to start wk 6 today?

Best not to, in my opinion. Rest, especially when you first start, is just as important as running.

I'd recommend that you observe the rest day and start w6 tomorrow

As much as week 5 run 3 makes you feel like you're able to conquer the world (and I'm sure you're able) it does not include having the ability to rest tired muscles in 24 hours ;) Take the rest day, you'll be glad you did when you're out there doing week 6 run 1 :)

No point risking injury for the sake of a running a day early.

Lots of people find the start of week 6 to be surprisingly hard - I'd take the rest day if I were you!

Once or twice I haven't had rest days, and thought that if I ran the morning of the first day and then the evening of the second day I'd be fine. It hurts the day after that though, and has put my running plan out of kilter before! As with everyone else, I'd stick to the plan :)
