Completed above run yesterday, felt great then fell asleep for three and half hours, had a little nap today too.Is this normal ?

Should i continue with w6 r1 tomorrow?

It was warmer yesterday but I'm thinking its because i'm a couple of stone overweight and haven't pushed my body for years.

Any thoughts?

Well done on doing that run, especially in the warm.

I found that one very tiring too! I was 3 stone overweight when I did it (have lost a stone and a bit since but still got some way to go on the weight loss front myself!)

I did all my runs indoors in the gym up to week 8 as i was such a coward! Then when I finally plucked up the courage to go outdoors it was minus temperatures and to be honest I havent run in the warm at all yet!!!

Make sure you drink plenty of water as you may still be a bit dehydrated too. See how you feel tomorrow. Nothing wrong with having a go though.

I slept like a baby after this run aswell. I must admit that the night before I didnt sleep much as Id got myself into a bit of a tis worrying about it.

although I completed it I think I was also very mentally tired ~ the relief of getting over this fantastic run :)

congratulations! & dont worry Im sure the next run will be fine.
