Morning all,

Ran up to Week 7 and now only gone and run 7k in 50mins!! - Just carried on running and saw how far i could get without pushing too hard - Have signed up for a 10k at the end of June so am i on target?

Dont want to push too hard but am feeling great!!!!

THIS PROGRAMME REALLY DOES WORK!!!

Whoa that's brill well done! :D I'm 7 weeks post graduation and only managed 7k last week. As long as you're going slow and taking your rest days you should be fine. Defiantly on track for 10k too :)

Thanks Rose - Yes slow and steady as im not worried about time at all - Just want to run the 10k as it's in honour of my Dad who passed away from pancreatic Cancer in Feb 2011.

Dya think i could be cheeky and apply for my Graduate badge??? lol

Haha oh I don't know about that, might be considered cheating! :P

That's great that you want to run in honour of your dad, I'm sure you'll manage no bother at a slow pace. Good luck :)
