Just completed week one! Starting week two on Thursday.

Ran at the beach today, IN THE RAIN!!! was lovely though, the rain kept me cool and there was nobody around to see me looking like a drowned rat lol, may do it again Thursday but its nice to run somewhere different each time!

Hi Kirstykiss! Well done for completing week one! I never tire of running along the beach, it looks different each time you go, especially if you go at different times. Good luck for week 2!

Thanks, well I'm hoping for sun next time I go but I wont hold my breath ( like that would actually be possible while running lol) maybe I'll just try running in the other direction
