W4R1 - Not so big and scary now.

I've just come back from doing the run and still can't quite believe that I ran for five whole minutes without stopping. You know how bad the first 60 seconds were? But now I can run for five minutes and it looks like I covered nearly 1/2 a mile in that time. Pinch me! This training plan must be magic, witch doctors or something. And do you know something, I still haven't given up the dreaded weed, so to me all this is something short of miraculous. At the moment I am very happy, but slightly stunned.

Well done. I did the same run this morning and was so glad to get to the end of the second 5 minutes! I think my legs were about to stop involuntarily but what a sense of achievement. :)
