Hi everyone

I’m new to the app and C25k so thought I’d introduce myself.

I’m Emma from Macclesfield in Cheshire, UK and am doing this to aid weight loss.

I’ve just completed my first week and after making excuses this last few day have just got in from a bitter cold run.

I wonder, where is anyone else from?

Have a lovely Sunday.

Hi Emlist29, welcome to the forum and C25K, I hope you enjoy your running journey for the next 9 weeks, but remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to.

There are people here who are from around the world, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, I have even seen reports from India and China, however, most people here are from the UK

Welcome to c25k and congratulations 🎉 on completing week one. I'm in west yorks.
