Week 2 complete!

I wasn't looking forward to moving on to this week with the additional 30 secs of running but I concentrated more on counting my breathing and found the time flew by.

I felt fine during and after R1, however yesterdays R3 was more difficult and it showed in my MapMyRun distance and it was the slowest so far... think it may have been due to running in the sun (wheres the rain?) and running early Saturday (prob still a bit tired - MADE myself go out lol)

Tomorrow sees the start of WK3...3 mins of running eek, but at least the aches the next day are dying down! :)
