Not sure what to do, finished week 7 today, but I found it really hard, my hardest week so far. Stopped for 10 seconds today half way through, I don't know why, but my legs just stopped! Kicked myself up the bum and finished but it was very hard. shall I repeat the week or not? What do you think?

I would try week 8 next and see how you go. We've all had crap runs and I know I've had crap weeks where I didn't feel I was progressing but so long as I finished the run, I moved onto the next and a 10 second breather is nothing. Give yourself a pat on the back and move on You'll be back on form with your next run

debssey keep going into week 8, the odd difficult time in runs will come, don't let it put you off ever!

You'd still have counted it as finishing the run if your laces had come undone and you stopped to tie them up. So yes, consider week 7 complete and press on with week 8. xxx
