Amazing programme

Hi

I was a confirmed anti-exciser, but decided to try the programme for lent this year (easier than giving up alcohol and chocolate) and was inspired after seeing a blog at work.

I finished the programme just after easter and have entered a 5k charity run...no one could be more amazed than me. I have tried running without Laura, but find her podcasts really motivating (as I sometimes find the 30m a bit of a slog still). Would be great if there were a few 5k+ podcasts

Well done you. It really is great. I finished week 5 this morning and can't believe I ran for twenty minutes straight!

Now you have done the 20 without the break, doing 25 or 30 mins won't seen so daunting, keep up the good work, you are over half way!
