Week 12 run 2 today.

Decided to do my "long" run of the week cos i felt pretty good.

Plotted a route on mapmyrun with the intention of doing 6.5k (after completing 6k last week) and pushed on at the end to reach the 7k mark! In 49 minutes!

Am I chuffed?

Only ever so slightly!!!!!
