Ok, I finished the program on Friday, did a 5k charity run on Sunday and did my first unpodcasted run this morning. Easy-peasy! I used my own music and ran 30 minutes (+5 min warmup and cool down walk). Was sure I would be a bit dragging after Sunday's race, but I guess this running fever is here to stay. Couldn't be more pleased.
