It has been an amazing journey and i feel it is only just the start. 9 weeks ago i couldn't run 90 seconds without looking around for paramedics. I am still red faced and a sweaty beast after a run, but i am so pleased. On Sunday i have my first 5k run (Nike Solo Chicas in Caracas, Venezuela). I can't wait. Thank you all for your support and advice along the way. Can't say enough good things about this program - wish doctors would get on board and suggest it for their patients. It really has changed my life.
