I say eventually, because all through the day I kept putting it off. I felt a bit washed out when I got up, so just pottered about the house and did some reading thinking I'll go later when I feel a bit better. Well in the end because the dog kept on staring me I went and dragged my sorry ass up the steep hill that I use as a warm up for my runs. And did the runs no problem at all! In fact I felt great when I had finished, so much more energised that it shows me I should have gone before, I might have got some housework done that day!
