I can't believe I have got to week 4 run 2 and am still really enjoying the podcasts - I actually look forward to my 'runs' (not sure I can quite call them that yet!) I find the way to make myself find the time is to look at my i-diary on a Sunday and plan my runs in and then alert myself 1hour before my run. I then find it really hard not to go.
