ohhhh yeah another 5k done today although slower time only 35.33min as i have a stinkin cold and havent felt to good all week but decided to go out and just see what i could do and not put any pressure on myself and it worked was so relaxed and just sailed through it no bother wasnt even out of breath so surprised myself !!!!
