Took an extra day off this weekend

I did have family visiting, and it was really, really wet. But to be honest I found week 6 run 1 to be the first really difficult session of the whole programme so far so I think taking an extra day off before run 2 might not have been a bad idea. Fingers crossed for tonight.

All the best to everyone running today.
