Since about week two I've had constant pins and needles in the side of my right foot. It doesn't bother me too much but I wondering if anyone else has had it and what is causing it. Sometimes it is numb and sometimes it travels up my leg.

Do you mean whilst you are running or do you really mean constantly? I would see a doctor if its constant? Have you had your gait analysed to make sure your trainers are suitable for you? Hope you get it sorted.

Yes it's there all the time, I don't notice it while I am running. Not had a gait analysis but my trainers are good ones and suit my under pronated feet. Perhaps I should go for a detailed analysis and see the doctor like you say, Thankyou x
