I am so disappointed as the day after running W4R1 I went down with a lurgy and it looks as though I'll have had 10 days enforced rest before I can get back to running. I was on target to graduate a week before RFL 5k but now I'll be lucky to complete week 7 by then, damn! Guess I'll need to start at W3 again. Can only hope the crowds carry me along on the day.
