Well the run I was dreading happened this morning. Wasnt looking forward to it as I had a couple of glasses of vino last night. To my surprise I actually did it, I found the 1st 5 minute run the hardest but the 2nd appeared to be finished so quickly...My lower back is aching a little (dont know whether this is from having to continue pulling the dog back or whether it is from the running). I have stretched a bit more this morning so hopefully that will sort it. Thank you so much for all your support guys and roll on Tuesday
I did Wk 4 R1 this morning (with the dog) !! ... - Couch to 5K

Well done!
I've just finished W3 and am feeling a bit daunted (understatement) by W4. Is it much tougher? I'm really worried about the recovery times which seem awfully short.
Hi I'm just about to finish week 3 ...........feel the same as you but I'm sure we can do it, good luck, I'll let you know how I get on!!!!
I did W4R1 yesterday & honestly I was surprised how doable it was. I found that the first 3 minute run which i'd struggled on last week, was just a breeze! I was a bit worried about the shorter recovery times, but it was fine, mind you I did struggle on the final 5 minutes, but hey I completed it. When you hear Laura telling you at the end that now you have run more than you've walked - you will feel amazing.
